Guarantee

Each lot of genuine natural pearls we receive comes from a top reputable pearl supplier and is accompanied with a certificate of authenticity from their internal GIA appraiser.

 

We guarantee that the hairpins you order on our website will match the ones you receive. If you do not receive the correct order, we will exchange the hairpins for the correct ones. Simply send the hairpins back and we will ship the corrected order to you as soon as the new hairpins are ready.

 

We also agree toto fix any damage(s) that might have occurred during the original shipment. Send the damaged hairpin(s) back to us and we will promptly repair or exchange them.

We recommend that you ship with an insured courier (USPS insured, FedEx insured, UPS insured) and retain your shipping receipt. Make sure your hairpins are packaged correctly.

 

We send most shipments via USPS (with insurance) and will send you an email with the USPS tracking code when the package ships.

 

 

Change to Order

If you need to change your order please call us by phone as soon as possible. We cannot cancel or change an order once work has started. If you need to cancel or change an order please do so as soon as possible.

 

Refunds, Exchanges and Shipping Policy
Customers are required to notify Pearl Hair Pins of their intention to return or exchange products before the returned package is received by Pearl Hair Pins. Email should be sent to contact@pearlhairpins.com. Our safety measures require that we receive notification prior to the package arriving at Pearl Hair Pins. Failure to notify Pearl Hair pins by email before the package arrives may result in the denial of a refund or exchange.

Returns
Items must be post marked and shipped within 24 hours of receiving the original shipment. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received your email and your return has been received and inspected by our returns department we will send an email notifying you that we have received your return and let you know if the return has been approved or rejected.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed (minus shipping charges), and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, or original method of payment, within 5 days.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@sterlinghairpins.com and ship the package back to us at 9512 Litchfield Lane, Naples, Florida 34109.

 

Re-delivery

In the event that your mail service was unsuccessful at delivering your package (usually after several attempts) and your package is sent back to us, we can redeliver the package to you. Re-delivery fees are the responsibility of the customer. If you require re-delivery, please notify us and we will send you an invoice for the new shipping charges. Once they are paid we will reprocess your order with a new shipping label and send you the new tracking number.


Return Shipping
Our products are shipped within 24 Hours using the following carriers: USPS.

 

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 9512 Litchfield Lane, Naples Florida United States 34109. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
