All e-mail inquiries will receive a response within a 12 hour period.

Return Policy :

Because we are convinced that we have the most original product in the marketplace, we offer a full money back guarantee in the event that a customer is not fully satisfied with their purchase. Returns must be made within a three week period following the receipt of the product and the poduct must be returned in the original packaging with an official copy of your printed wedding announcement. Products post marked after the date on the wedding announcement will not be refunded.

Shipping Policy :

All items are shipped within five days after receipt of payment. Shipping within the United States takes approximately 3-5 days. Unfortunately we do not ship internationally.
